La Kopi is a sketchbook dedicated to documenting the coffee culture in Singapore. Created by traditional oil painter Alvin Mark Tan, the book breaks down technical processes of roasting, how coffee is consumed and more in a fun, interactive manner complete with paintings of your favourite cafes and kopitiams.
Over the last few months, we have been bringing La Kopi to cafes around Singapore where Alvin Mark Tan would share about his journey discovering the science and beauty of coffee, not just in Singapore but overseas as well. We even had barista demonstrations! ☕
To celebrate a successful round of La Kopi events, we are rounding it up with a LA KOPI TRAIL around the Tiong Bahru estates. Join us as we bring you through our favourite hunts —
